Los objetivos del curso se centran en enseñar al alumno a hablar de dinero y cambios, entender cuando le piden la cuenta, lo que son recibos y facturas; entender pedidos básicos de comida y bebida; expresar sugerencias, identificar diferentes formas de servicio de mesa, entender dudas de los clientes, describir diferentes tipos de restaurante y servicio; describir diferentes tipos de hábitos alimenticios, tomar notas de pedidos, expresar diferentes tipos de platos, entender las quejas.
